Case 1
Cooperation in the development of drying accelerators for offset inks
This is an example of a customer who consulted with us that there are metal ions that cannot be quantified.
In order to quantify organometallic compounds, pretreatment to separate and ionize the metal is required.
Since it was difficult to establish this pretreatment method, we consulted with us.
As a result of examining the pretreatment method at our company, we succeeded in establishing the method and determining the amount of metal components in the material by chelatometric titration.
The method developed by our company is still used in the customer’s manufacturing environment.
Case 2
Contract manufacturing of zinc-based metal soap
It is an example of consultation from a trading company looking for a new supplier.
Their old supplier has stopped manufacturing the product which was an important substance related to the survival of the business for the final supplier.
It was difficult to search for a new manufacturer because it was a substance that used little and there were few companies that could manufacture it.
We have a track record of small-quantity manufacturing and switching between multiple types and we were equipped with facilities for that purpose.
So we were able to respond to customer requests, and both trading companies and suppliers were satisfied.
Case 3
Cooperation in practical application of ultra-hydrophilic coating agent
This is an example of joint research between a company that holds a patent on ultra-hydrophilic substances and a manufacturer of functional materials.
We made a prototype coating agent, and a functional material manufacturer created a coating treatment sample and evaluated its performance.
Both companies are good at kneading, mixing, coating, molding, etc., so we cooperated from the chemical knowledge.
In this way, with the cooperation of the three companies, we were able to obtain the desired composite functional film.
Case 4
Cooperation in the development and practical application of rubber with unique physical characteristics
We received a request for practical application of the patent from a customer who has a technical patent (a technology that grants unique physical properties to rubber). We also cooperated in raw material adjustment, sample prototyping, and evaluation.
In addition, in the study for industrialization, we jointly developed with three companies, including a trading company and a processing company introduced to a trading company.
Industrialization of raw material adjustment was an important issue in this development. By making full use of our accumulated manufacturing know-how, we solved problems and made it possible to manufacture rubber processed products with unique physical properties in actual machine production.
